DELIVERY POLICY
The 2012 Queen’s Diamond Jubilee website uses The Royal Mail to despatch and deliver all orders.
Our delivery terms
The 2012 Queen’s Diamond Jubilee aim to despatch your orders as quickly and safely as possible.
All orders will be packaged securely to prevent breakages or damage.
Orders within the UK are sent by First or Second Class Royal Mail and are estimated to arrive within five working days. International orders, are sent by the Royal Mail’s International Signed For service and are estimated arrive within seven to ten working days. The item will be tracked up until it leaves the UK and usually on arrival at the International Postage Hub. We cannot guarantee full tracking in every country we deliver to. Please allow up to 28 days before making a lost item claim. Items sent by International Signed For will require a signature on arrival.
To report items ordered within the UK that do not arrive please call 0800 080 7997.
To report any items ordered Internationally that do not arrive please visit the Royal Mail website (see below for more details) and enter the tracking number that we provide you with via your delivery receipt in your email inbox. Igniyte Ltd are not responsible for the lost postage internationally, but will liase with Royal Mail in order to return monies which we will then pass on to the customer or offer to post the goods again. To process lost orders for international clients could take up to 56 days. Please call the office on +44 (0) 1274 534 040 for further enquiries
To report faulty or damage goods please contact us via email – Natasha@2012queensdiamondjubilee.com. This email should only be used to report a faulty or damaged item that has been received.
The 2012 Queen’s Diamond Jubilee will not be responsible to pay the postage costs for the faulty items to be returned to us. However, on receipt of the faulty item we will despatch a replacement to you and cover the postage costs for replacement goods to be sent out.
All faulty and damaged items need to be paid, packaged and posted to the following address:

Once we receive the faulty item, we will despatch a replacement to you on the same day.
The Royal Mail’s UK Track and trace
Your delivery receipt includes a Royal Mail tracking number. A Royal Mail tracking or reference number is 13 digits long starting with two letters (e.g. AA), followed by nine numbers, and ending with the two letters GB. For example, a reference number could look like this: AA 1234 5678 9GB. .
If you click on this link, it will direct you to the Royal Mail tracking page where you simply enter your tracking number and it will provide you with the status of your order.

The Royal Mail’s International signed for
The Royal Mail International Signed For™ is a cost-effective and secure delivery service that requires a signature on delivery. It is available to all worldwide destinations with standard compensation covering up to 100 times the price of the First Class fee (currently £46) or the content value, whichever is lower.
