The official Diamond Jubilee song was launched yesterday on UK TV & radio. The song is titled ‘Sing’ and was written by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Gary Barlow.
Gary travelled throughout the commonwealth to work with various musicians and picked up recordings from people throughout the commonwealth countries which all was finally produced into the completed production of the song.
The song features The Military Wives, The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and the video shows Prince Harry playing a tambourine. The song will be part of a special Queens Diamond Jubilee album which Gary Barlow is producing and will be featured at the Diamond Jubilee concert.
